Gesche Wirch - new CEO 

Gesche’s nomination came only naturally. With a background in development, Gesche started off as project owner. As she progressed up the ranks, she managed some of our largest projects and gained a ton of trust and respect from both sides – team and clients. It‘s hard to count how many times I’ve been grateful to have the backing of Gesche‘s powerful and hands-on nature. She brings a great deal of passion and extensive knowledge, always with a wonderful twinkle in her eye. 

Being a CEO is intense. One connects deeply with a team of fantastic people, sharing successes and drawbacks, taking on a vastly different set of roles – from the support of clients and team, to the negotiation of contracts, change management, the hiring of staff, and sometimes that last polishing swipe before midnight. Although I'm naturally excited to take on my new mission, all of these experiences with a team of outstanding Amazees have created strong bonds, so I cannot fend off a profound sense of nostalgia from working with each of you.

So, while my wandering feet are about to take me to discover new challenges in the consulting field, I’d like to thank our clients and partners for such wonderful past collaborations, and to wish Gesche the very best for this new chapter in your life! Under your capable and skillful leadership, Amazee Labs will, no doubt, reach new heights and I look forward to seeing its growth and future successes!
