Just a week back from Amazee 10 in South Africa and mostly cleared of jet lag, the Austin team is already packing up and rolling out to DrupalCon Baltimore. We had a blast road-tripping to Louisiana last year, but think it’s time to let the pilots do the heavy lifting. No Amazee Austin living room this year either, we’re trying something new! It felt like an extended April Fool’s joke, as all of our colleagues, some of whom we have only met online, were suddenly appearing in the Cape Town office.
Every possible space that a bottom could be placed was taken, with an American accent here, a German accent there, and everything between, from Slovenian, to Austrian, Spanish, French, Dutch and Romanian. Not to mention our usual blend of South African accents. It was the start to a happy time of chaos!
From 16-19 February, the first Drupal Mountain Camp took place in Davos, Switzerland. A very diverse crowd of 135 attendees from, 17 different countries, came together to share the latest and greatest in Drupal 8 development, as well as case studies from Swiss Drupal vendors.
