We’re excited to introduce you to Laura Simonetto, our new Office Manager in Zurich.
You hear the rumors, “All our old Amazee friends will come”, they say. “The food will be delicious and we’ll get to meet Alex in person”, they say.
Well, the long-awaited day, highlighted for months in our calendars, August 30th - Amazee Summer BBQ, finally arrived. This distinguished tradition goes back years, but it was a first for me and it didn’t disappoint!

I have a Texas Camp meeting in 20 minutes where I’ll onboard our new sponsor coordinator. Earlier today I was building out a spec plan for a new project we recently kicked off. Yesterday I ran payroll and worked through compliance reports for the state of Washington. All while leading back-to-back sprint-end client demo meetings.
It’s quite an emotional journey to spend nine months growing a tiny human inside you, spending a further four months with them 24/7, and then having to leave them for nine hours a day. But even though I miss my daughter, it has been great to be back at work and getting back into the swing of all things not related to bottles and diapers.
