As a non-technical person, attending Drupal events always feels a little daunting. You’d think I’d be used to this by now, given my history of organizing technical events. But there is still the ickyness of imposter syndrome, a small voice saying you don’t really belong among the nerds. What the heck am I doing here? Who am I gonna talk to? What’re we gonna talk about? Is there anything in the schedule for me?
At events like Midcamp, though, all of that changes when I open the conference doors.
Two hundred and fifty people from across Germany and its neighbouring countries gathered in Essen on 17 and 18 March for DrupalCamp Ruhr, an event full of fresh discussions, workshops and presentations.

From an awesome and diverse speaker lineup to a well laid out venue, the end result made more than one happy attendee declare that it was the best conference they had ever been to.
I attended DrupalCamp London this past weekend. This was the 6th consecutive year the event has been hosted, which is remarkable. My mission getting to the event turned out to be just as remarkable! Keep reading to find out more about both.
We’re getting excited about DrupalCon Nashville in April. Stop by the Amazee Labs Lounge (L01) and make sure you include these Amazee sessions in your planning too. Congratulations to all presenters; we can’t wait to learn with you!
Two weeks ago the first edition of the Drupal meetup 2018 (also my first ever) took place at our office. Besides discussing Drupal Community activities for 2018 in Switzerland, Amazee Group CTO and Partner, Michael Schmid gave a presentation on «The possible future of React, GraphQL, and Drupal».
In this short guide, I’ll be exploring the elements of proper party planning through the close examination of a recent (and stellar) example I was lucky enough to attend -- the Amazee Cape Town Christmas party.
Join us on January 18th for the first edition of the Zurich Drupal Meetup, where we will discuss the possible future of React, GraphQL and Drupal at the Amazee Labs Zürich office.
